About Me
Hey and welcome!
If you’ve ever stumbled through a cybersecurity challenge like I have, you’re in the right place. As a working cyber practitioner, I know that even the most seasoned professionals can’t be expected to know everything and have to continuously work to keep their skills sharp. My background, including a degree in English, taught me to deconstruct a story and find the core themes beyond the words on the page. Now, I use those same skills in cybersecurity to correlate disparate pieces of data and reconstruct the narrative of an attack, making sense of the story.
This space is my way of documenting and sharing that journey with you: it’s part blog, part notebook. Here, you’ll find high-quality write-ups that serve as a guide on your own path through blue teaming and cyber defense. My goal is to show my work and share what I’ve learned, because cybersecurity isn’t just about completing labs or capturing flags—it’s about having the hands-on practice and working knowledge to prepare for the next alert.
This blog is built on the idea that every stumble is still a step forward, and that together, we’re all learning and leveling up. A rising tide lifts all boats, right? My goal is to show my work and give you a nudge or a guide to help you find your footing.
Let’s have some fun learning together. Keep pushing!
